Getting started¶
Signing in¶
Open the app and sign in with your email. The first time an email signs in, the app creates a workspace for it and makes that person the workspace admin. The workspace comes pre-loaded with two sample pipelines so nothing is empty on the first screen.
Agents don't self-register. An admin adds them on the Team page; when an agent then signs in with the email the admin used, they're matched to the workspace automatically.
The first screen: your agenda¶
After sign-in you land on the daily agenda (the Dashboard). This is the screen you'll use most — it answers "who do I contact this morning?" in one list. See The daily agenda.
Finding your way around¶
| Screen | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | The daily agenda — overdue follow-ups, due today, and dormant leads |
| Pipeline | Every contact on a board, grouped by stage |
| Contacts | The full searchable list; open one to see its full history |
| Follow-ups | Every scheduled follow-up, filterable by state |
| Reports | Pipeline value, conversion, activity |
| Sequences (admin) | Automated multi-step follow-up cadences |
| Team (admin) | Add agents, set routing |
| Settings (admin) | Rename the workspace, edit pipeline stages, set the dormancy threshold |
| Billing (admin) | Plan and upgrade |
Working with the sample data¶
On a free workspace everything is explorable but read-only for real changes. Click into the sample contacts, open the board, look at the agenda and reports — this is exactly how it behaves with your own data. When you try an action that writes real data (add a contact, log a call, schedule a follow-up) the app shows the upgrade modal instead. See Free vs. premium.
Setting up your own workspace¶
Once you're on a premium plan:
- Settings → rename the workspace and set your industry.
- Settings → edit the pipeline stages to match how you actually sell.
- Settings → set the dormancy threshold (how many days of silence makes a lead "dormant" — default 14).
- Team → add your agents.
- Start adding real contacts from the Contacts or Pipeline screen. The sample data can be left in place or removed.
