The daily agenda¶
The Dashboard is a single prioritised queue of who to contact, built fresh every time you open it. It has three sections, in priority order.
1. Overdue¶
Follow-ups whose scheduled date has already passed and that aren't marked done. Sorted oldest first — clear these before anything else. Each row shows the contact, the action type (Call, Email, Meeting, Proposal), how late it is, and any notes you left when you scheduled it.
2. Due today¶
Follow-ups scheduled for today, sorted by time. Same row layout as Overdue.
3. Dormant leads¶
Open leads (anything not Won or Lost) that have had no interaction, no follow-up and no stage change within your workspace's dormancy threshold (default 14 days). These have slipped through the cracks — no follow-up is scheduled, so they wouldn't show up anywhere else.
Each dormant row shows how many days it's been silent and a recommendation — a short suggested next step based on the lead's stage:
| Stage | Typical nudge |
|---|---|
| Negotiation | "In negotiation for N days with no contact — send a revised proposal or offer a call." |
| Follow-Up Scheduled | "A follow-up was scheduled but nothing's logged — confirm it happened or reschedule." |
| Contacted | "Contacted N days ago, no reply — try a different channel or a short check-in." |
| Other open stages | "No activity in N days — a quick 'still interested?' message re-opens the conversation." |
Working through it¶
- Click a contact name to open its detail page, where you can log what you did and schedule the next step.
- Logging an interaction or scheduling a follow-up counts as activity, so the lead drops off the dormant list immediately.
- Completing a follow-up moves it out of Overdue / Due today.
The counts¶
The three numbers at the top (overdue / today / dormant) are the same figures the agenda is built from. If "dormant" is high, either your threshold is too short for your sales cycle (raise it in Settings) or leads genuinely aren't being worked.
